A Northamptonshire-based engineering group has revealed plans to take on more members of staff after recording a spike in sales, a recent news report in the local business media has been able to reveal. The Rolton Group boosted revenue by 13 per cent last year and increased its workforce to 58 staff from 45. The company is now looking for eight additional employees to support a rise in major new projects.

An East-Midlands recruitment group has relocated to Leicester in a bid to expand and grow its business, while also creating more jobs as part of the process, a recent news report in the local business media has been able to reveal. Frontline has moved to a 2,000 sq ft office at 27 Bowling Green Street in Leicester and will now add two staff to its seven strong workforce in the city.

Pub giant to create up to 65 new jobs in Staffordshire

A pub and brewing giant is set to create 65 new jobs in Staffordshire should it receive planning permission for its new pub and restaurant at St Modwen’s Etruria Valley development. Greene King has lodged plans with Stoke-on-Trent City Council for building one of its Farmhouse Inns venues and, if permission is granted, work is expected to begin on site this spring, with completion scheduled for next summer.
